These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved as follows:

  1. Amicable resolution: The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of written notice of the dispute.
  2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, the parties may agree to submit the dispute to mediation in Warsaw, Poland.
  3. Court jurisdiction: If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation or mediation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland (Sąd właściwy dla m.st. Warszawy).
